Welcome to ONG's Service Line Installation Management (SLIM)
In our ongoing effort to improve the quality of service to our Customers, we at ONG are proud to introduce our new Service Line Installation Management System (SLIM).
This system has been uniquely designed to make it easier for Builders to request new service installations. Our commitment to you is that your Requests will be handled in a timely fashion and that we will keep the information in SLIM up-to-date so you can check the status of any Request at any time, day or night.
As you use SLIM, we hope you share with us any ideas for improving the information we provide to you. In return, we promise to continue to find innovative ways to make our Service to you better.
How to Get Started with SLIM
If you are a homebuilder in Oklahoma, we welcome you to register to SLIM. You will then have access to 24x7 status of any request for gas service you have with ONG.
Plus, you will receive email alerts when the status of your requests changes. Imagine, no more phone calls to check status.
If you are NOT yet registered, please take a moment to do that now. It's easy, here's how:
Step 1. Register by going to the SLIM Login to the left. Click Register and complete the information requested.
Step 2. Check your email because your userid and password were emailed to the address you provided. You need this information to Login.
Step 3. Got your userid and email now, so Login by entering that information in the Login window provided. The system will immediately recognize you and you can start entering and tracking your Requests online.
Step 4. To enter your Request, click on the SLS Workflow Tab above. Click on the link "add new request" and complete the information as needed.
Now, anytime the status of your Request changes, you will receive an email informing you of the change. Or, you can simply return to this portal, login and click on the SLIM Workflow Tab. All your requests, and their status, are there.
